Waste Management Missed Pickups

We have been informed that Waste Management has missed several recycling pick-ups due to staffing shortages. If Waste Management has missed a pickup for you, please call them at (866) 909-4458 and provide your account number to request a pickup. In addition, you can request a credit for the last couple of weeks of missed pick-ups, but you must call and request this specifically from them.
