Spyglass Gate Programming

We are excited to share that the vehicle gate will be operational soon! In order to complete the final phase of this project, we need each Owner to return the enclosed form to Management by October 1, 2022. This form is necessary in order for us to program the correct phone number for your home into the call box directory. Once the programming is completed, the vehicle gate will operate on a set schedule: open from 6am-7pm daily, closed from 7pm-6am daily. Management will notify all Owners of the date that the gate will begin to close at night in advance.

The RFID stickers and access cards that you currently utilize to gain access into The Farms gate will work with the Spyglass gate, so additional access devices are not needed for entry. If a new access device is purchased for The Farms gate, The Farms security will relay the information to Action Property Management so we can ensure the device is then programmed to work with the Spyglass gate. If your guests/vendors need access into the community while the gate is closed, they will need to dial your phone from the directory. Once you receive the call, you will press “9” on your phone’s keypad, which will open the gate for your guests/vendors.
