Annual Meeting Adjourned

Due to not receiving enough ballots to reach quorum at the April 17, 2024 scheduled Annual Meeting, the meeting has been adjourned to May 1, 2024. Quorum has decreased to 20% which means quorum has been reached for the adjourned meeting.
