Manager’s Messages
Annual Meeting Election Results 2025!
We are pleased to announce the results of this year’s annual meeting election. Congratulations to our returning board members—Steven Schulman, Linda Bell, and Warren Fenton—who have been re-elected to serve another 2-year term.
We sincerely thank them for their continued dedication, leadership, and service to our community. Their ongoing commitment plays a vital role in supporting the mission and success of our organization.
Upcoming HOA Annual Meeting- Save the Date!
We would like to remind everyone about our upcoming Annual Meeting, which will be held on April 30, 2025, at 3:00 PM.
If you are unable to attend in person, we will provide an option to participate virtually. We encourage all homeowners to attend and engage in the discussion, as your input is vital to the continued success of our community.
We look forward to your participation!
Farms Street Project Updates
One way traffic will continue for the time being. The concrete curb and gutter installation will be completed on September 16th, 2024 and the asphalt overlay will begin September 23rd, 2024 and wrap up by October 2nd, 2024.
EDCO will continue to service the community on Tuesdays but the bins must be placed at the end of the driveway by 6am. There will not be any special pick up accommodations during this time. Once the project is completed, the trash pick up will resume as scheduled.
Farms Barrier Arm Installation
The Farms HOA would like me to share the following updated message regarding an upcoming installation. Please review the below notice, thanks!
The Barrier Arm has been installed successfully. Please be aware that the purpose of the Barrier Arm is to prevent two vehicles from entering The Farms under one RFID user.
If you enter immediately behind another vehicle before allowing the arm to fully descend and ascent with your RFID scan, you will responsible for your own damage to your vehicle as well as the damages to the Arm ($500 – $1500). For parents who have teen drivers who do not receive these emails, please inform them as well.
Thank you for your patience during this process as we continue to make The Farms as safe as possible.
If you have any questions/concerns, please contact Rose Reyes at rreyes@equitymgmt.com.
